Role Summary: 

The Case Manager Specialist will be responsible for a broad range of activities, including case and client management, enforcement solution design, and liaising with key stakeholders. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency, legal knowledge, and soft skills to navigate the complexities of case management effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

– Direct and manage case progression using advanced case management software.

– Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and external counsel, ensuring clear and effective communication.

– Lead and oversee the work of Assistant Case Managers, ensuring adherence to best practices and deadlines.

– Employ investigative skills and techniques to support case objectives.

– Design and implement strategic enforcement solutions tailored to each case.

Skillset and Knowledge Requirements:

  Hard Skills:

– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.

– Strong legal knowledge, particularly in areas relevant to our operations.

– Experienced in project management and able to oversee complex case workflows.

– Investigative skills, with a skill for detailed analysis and fact-finding.

– Competent in conflict resolution and online technical proficiency.

– Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to perform billing analysis.

  Soft Skills:

– Exceptional attention to detail and intentional decision-making capabilities.

– Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.

– Empathy towards clients and stakeholders, with a strong problem-solving orientation.

– Highly adaptable, with effective time management and ethical judgment.

  Qualifications:

– 10 years’ experience in office setting

– Proven track record in case management, with a minimum of [X] years in a similar role.

– Certification or training in project management and/or legal studies (preferred).

– Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead teams.
